Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of AsianMatch. By creating a profile or otherwise accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by them in full, effective as of the date shown on this page.
Acceptance of These Terms
By registering for an AsianMatch profile, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that all information you provide is accurate. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
Account Rules and Acceptable Use
- Provide accurate, current information on your profile, including your name, age and photographs, and update it if your circumstances change.
- Maintain a single personal account. Creating duplicate profiles or an account on behalf of someone else is not permitted.
- Do not harass, threaten, or send unsolicited sexual content to other members through messages, live chat or video.
- Do not use the platform for commercial solicitation, advertising, or to promote any service unrelated to personal introductions.
- Do not scrape, copy, or redistribute member profiles, photographs, or personal data obtained through the platform.
- Do not misrepresent your identity, marital status, or intentions when communicating with another member.
- Report any account you believe is fraudulent, underage, or otherwise in violation of these rules using the report control on that profile.
What you should know
Liability, Subscriptions and Limitations
Core features are free to use, and optional paid features are available on the platform. The sections below explain how each is governed.
Paid Features and Renewals
Profile creation, browsing, email, live chat and video messages are available free of charge. Certain optional features may be offered as paid upgrades at checkout, where pricing and billing terms are disclosed before purchase. Any recurring charge can be cancelled from your account settings at any time before the next renewal date.
Member Conduct and Offline Meetings
AsianMatch facilitates introductions but does not control, and is not responsible for, the conduct of individual members online or during any in-person meeting. You are solely responsible for exercising judgment when communicating with, or agreeing to meet, another member, including verifying identity and planning travel safely.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AsianMatch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses connected to interactions with other members. The platform is provided on an as-available basis, without guarantees regarding any specific outcome.
Suspension and Termination of Accounts
AsianMatch may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, including profiles found to be fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of the acceptable use rules above. You may close your own account at any time from your account settings, without needing to give a reason.
Once an account is closed, your profile is removed from active galleries and search results. Details on how your data is handled after closure, including retention and deletion timelines, are set out in our Privacy Policy.
